Where are your frames made?
Our frames are designed and manufactured in the UK.
Can I put my prescription in to your frames?
Yes although we don’t offer this service directly yet. Any reputable Optician should be able to fit optical prescription or sunglass lenses into our frames for you.
Do I have to pay to return my order?
You are responsible for sending your order back to us at your own cost and we recommend using a secure tracked service.
What lenses do you use?
We use polarised sun lenses that are coated with a back surface anti-reflective finish for superior optical clarity. All of our current sunglasses are tinted to filter category 3 which is suitable for general purpose including driving. They give 100% protection against UVA and UVB sun light.
What do I do if my order is faulty?
In the unlikely event of your order being faulty, please contact us via email at: returns@oculuxe.com with the following information:
– Your order number.
– Description and photographic evidence of the problem.
Our team will then investigate the issue and provide a solution for you.
Is there a warranty for your frames?
For your peace of mind, all of our frames come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing fault.
Can the frames be adjusted?
Yes, we do not advise doing this yourself! Please visit a reputable Optician who should be able to do this for you.
Can the frames be used under water?
Despite the frames being water resistant, they are not water proof so we would not recommend to submerge them under water for long periods of time.
Buying
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Klarna.
What happens after I have placed an order?
Our team will review your order and, if necessary, get in touch with any questions. You will first receive an email confirming your order, and then a second notifying when your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to make any changes or cancellations where possible. If your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to cancel or make any changes.
How do I check the status of an order?
You can track your order using the reference number provided within your dispatch email.

Which countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping via secure tracked services.
How much will the delivery cost me?
Delivery within the UK is free. For international shipping there will be a cost dependant on your location. Please head to the checkout once you have chosen your items(s) where it will be calculated for you.
How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?
For UK deliveries we aim to have your order with you within 2 working days of dispatch notification.
For rest of the the world your order should be with you within 10 working days of dispatch notification.
